“With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and management, E.L.L. Real Estate has outgrown the Baltic States and is expanding also to new markets. The new brand and redefined values act as a roadmap for us to grow our business, strengthen the commitment of our employees and satisfy ever-changing needs of our current and future customers,” said Taavi Ojala, CEO of Kapitel.

“Since our founding in 1997, we have been working to bring a higher quality to real estate development by delivering value to the people who work, shop and accommodate in the environments we have created. We follow the long-term perspective – we manage the whole development cycle and remain as property owners of the projects developed. We focus on building long lasting environments together with long lasting relations with our tenants, which is the foundation of our success,” Taavi Ojala added.

Kapitel´s four shopping centres are home to hundreds of beloved brands and retailers, being popular shopping destination to over 36.5 million visitors every year. Almost 2000 people spend their workdays in Kapitel´s four office buildings and our two hotels have accommodate annually over 300 thousand people staying in Tallinn. “Re-branding has helped us to understand more clearly our impact on city environments and people´s daily lives. It´s a serious responsibility we are happy to accept and deliver,” Taavi Ojala added.

Kapitel’s strategy puts heavy focus on creating sustainable, functional and aesthetic environments for people and companies to flourish. “Our customers have shown that commercial real estate is much more than just a building – they need a multi functional environment which helps to grow the business and keep the employees healthy and motivated. Taking the responsibility for the success of people´s workdays, we can never compromise on our promise of quality,” said Indrek Moorats, Development Director of Kapitel.

“We keep these principles in mind in both, developing our existing and new projects. Our Narbuto 5 office building in Vilnius provides healthy working environment for 400 people.
